Bookings are made online or by phone and must be confirmed by payment or deposit as applicable.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and include all applicable taxes.
Full payment must be made before or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Access to Wash Location

The client must ensure that the wash location is accessible, safe, and meets the requirements for service delivery (sufficient space, no obstacles, etc.).

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information when booking.
Be present or provide access to the vehicle at the appointment time.
Report any special conditions or pre-existing damage on the vehicle before the wash.

5. LavageMobile.ca Responsibilities

We commit to providing a professional and careful service. In case of problems or dissatisfaction, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue according to our refund policy.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of payment, except as stated in the refund policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

LavageMobile.ca shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or data, or other consequences resulting from the use or inability to use our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable terms are those in effect at the time of booking.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Montreal.
