Due to the time and resources dedicated to each appointment, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
If our team is unable to perform the service on the scheduled day, and we fail to notify or reschedule, you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are strictly non-refundable.
To reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed appointments without notice result in a loss of your booking and payment.
If weather or road conditions make it unsafe or impossible to deliver service, we reserve the right to reschedule. In such cases, you will not lose your payment.
All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
Gift cards never expire and can be redeemed for any service available at LavageMobile.ca.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be reissued, so please treat them like cash.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
If you are unsatisfied with a service:
Contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.
Provide photos and a clear description of the issue.
While refunds are not guaranteed, we handle every situation fairly. If we determine that an issue was due to our work, we will either:
Return to complete/correct the service, or
Offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
